Despite the large volume of daily work that the company handles, Imperial does not outsource any of its cleaning. All operations are run out of our two main plants. Therefore, Imperial does not depend on third parties for cleaning and delivery and nor do the garments leave its secure premises except when on their way back in our secure vans to the place of performance.
Clients do not suffer from any inconveniences or disruptions as a result of third-party delays. Mom’s Laundry has a motor pool of 10 delivery vehicles along with two fully operational plants which allows Mom’s Laundry to maintain a steady and quick turnaround pick-up and delivery service 6 days of the week.
