WHAT IS MOM’S LAUNDRY?Mom’s Laundry is a family-owned local small business operated since 1936. Moms’ Laundry is the one stop source for all your laundry, dry cleaning, pressing and tailoring needs.

WHAT SERVICE DOES MOM’S LAUNDRY PROVIDE?Mom’s Laundry is a pick-up and delivery full garment care service. We provide professional wash and fold, pickup and delivery laundry service that includes 24 to 48 hours turnaround time. All loads are professionally washed so there’s no need to worry about your clothes being mixed up with someone else’s. Mom’s Laundry also provides a pickup and delivery dry cleaning service.

CAN I PAY PER WASH?If you do not want to purchase a monthly or year package you can pay per wash at 2.25 per pound. Please sign up online or call us at 202-466-6239.

HOW DO I GET MY MOM’S LAUNDRY BAG?When we will deliver your first freshly laundered order it will be enclosed in your bag with personalized ID tag.

WHAT ITEMS SHOULD GO INTO THE LAUNDRY BAG?Only clothes that can be washed in a machine cold to hot water cycle and safely dried in a medium heat tumble dryer. All clothes will be put directly into the machines from the bags. Please do not send in clothes that need to be cared for in a delicate wash cycle, or dry cleaning. Remember, our team is fully capable of all your dry cleaning and laundering needs, at an additional cost. ***please ensure all items are taken out of pockets (pens, hand sanitizer, chap stick, make up, etc.) before putting the clothing in the laundry bags. The clothes will not be checked for items prior to placing in the wash, and these items may damage clothing during the wash cycle.

DO I NEED TO SEPARATE LIGHT AND DARK CLOTHES?You don’t have to separate your lights and darks - we will do it for you.

HOW MICH LAUNDRY DOES MOM'S LAUNDRY BAG HOLD?Your Mom’s Laundry bag is approximately 26" x 14" x 15" and can hold up to 40-50lbs. Fill up your Mom’s Laundry bag and SAVE money!

CAN I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY SUBSCRIPTION?Yes, You can upgrade, downgrade or cancel your monthly subscription at any time using our Portal Contact us page or by calling us at 202-785-1444.

CAN I SUBMIT MY CLOTHINGS FOR DRY CLEANING?Yes, we can dry clean and press any garment at per piece cost. Items will be returned on hangers. Please refer to Dry cleaning & laundry pricing and request a separate bag.

HOW DO I PAY FOR MY MONTHLY SUBSCRIPTION?Currently, we only accept payment via credit or debit card and we require a valid card to be saved on file before you can schedule a pickup (Auto-Pay). You can enter or edit your card information on your profile.
